​Founder & Creative Director

Esther is the visionary Founder and Creative Director of Bandoo Event Solutions, bringing over two decades of expertise to the wedding and event industry.

Her journey began in 1999 as the Wedding Planner for Beaches Grande Sport (now Sandals Ochi Beach), where her exceptional attention to detail and warm professionalism quickly made her a sought-after expert in destination weddings.

Her reputation continued to grow as she became the Lead Wedding Planner at Sunset Jamaica Grande (now Moon Palace Jamaica). During her time there, Esther managed countless weddings, earning the trust of diverse clients and delivering unforgettable celebrations.

After her children embarked on their college journeys, Esther channeled her passion, experience, and deep knowledge of Destination Wedding Planning into launching her own business. Today, Bandoo Event Solutions specializes in weddings in Jamaica and offers wedding and event equipment rentals, serving clients with a blend of creativity and efficiency.
