To begin with, my husband and I were very new to the whole wedding organisation and preparations, all we really knew is that we wanted to marry one another. Before working with Bandoo we had another wedding venue and planner who really confused and disappointed us, with unforeseen costs and not to mention sooooo many restrictions.
Thankfully we met Shelli and Esther around 7 months before we were due to get married. And not once did they make us feel that our vision for our big day would not be fulfilled. They were very clear, specific and most of all very patient with us and really took the time to get all the fine details to make sure that nothing was missed.
The majority of the communication was with Shelli via email and this was 10/10 as she was very responsive, friendly and efficient. Shelli made sure she got all the right songs for the right moments. We communicated back and forth about the theme, colour and decorations as she was committed to get everything right. She was very accommodating with the financial transactions and kept the contract/invoice up-to-date and clear, even though we had numerous changes. She made sure everything was clean and clear for us so there was no surprises!
On the day of the wedding, we could not believe how everything pulled together and how beautiful it was. All the fine details were there before us and the whole day just felt like a dream come true. Just to add, the photographer, DJ, MC and waiters/waitresses that Shelli had chosen for us made all the difference. Absolutely everyone was so lovely and friendly, especially the MC who was full of vibes!!!!
Shelli and Esther, we can not thank you enough! We thank God that we had the opportunity to work with you to make our dream come true. We pray that Bandoo Events Solutions continue to prosper, as we will forever sing your praises and recommend your services... we already have :)
